Doing Business In America: New Jersey Business Opportunities sets on October

(New Jersey, USA) With the ongoing aggressive marketing campaign of the US government to recruit investors from other countries, the “Doing Business In America Conference: New Jersey Business Opportunities is going to be held on October 16-22, 2009 at Double Tree Hotel at Franklin Township of Somerset County, New Jersey. The formal conference will begin on October 19 and ends on October 21, 2009 while the first two days on October 17-18 will be devoted to registrations, getting to know and introduction to the conference.

This event is sponsored by Hamilton Street Business & Community Corporation (HSBCC) in cooperation with New Jeresy Assemblyman Upendra Chivukula, Franklin Township municipal government, Franklin Township Chamber of Commerce and Metaopsis Consultancy as the HSBCC international business development consultant. The latter will be responsible for the recruitment of business entities and investors to attend the conference while the E.D Global serves as the conference facilitator.

Assemblyman Upendra said, “I have been instrumental of making Hamilton Street a special improvement district and has been supporting its improvements such as the streetscape and facade Image grants that I’m more than please to welcome the Filipino and other Asian businesses and investors to come and do business not only to this district but for the entire state of New Jersey.”

The main goal of the conference is to attract new businesses from the Asia-Pacific Region into Franklin Township specifically into HSBCC business district, Somerset County and the state of New Jersey, if not the entire USA. The Asia Pacific region was chosen because of this region’s existing strong representation in Franklin-Somerset and New Jersey. However, the Pan-Asian population in Franklin-Somerset is currently under-represented in the local business marketplace, both retail and commercial.

The conference will also serve as the educational venue for Filipinos and other Asian business entrepreneurs, start-ups, and investors, as well as existing global businesses to meet and get educated in the American business operations. The conference will provide an excellent opportunity to exchange ideas, and to learn about the many advantages and benefits to be gained by establishing business operations in Franklin-Somerset and the state of New Jersey.

This is the first time that the New Jersey opened its door to Filipinos and other Asians who are minorities in the area. In the "Doing Business in America Conference": New Jersey Business Opportunities a lot of things will be discussed like incentives for new businesses and/or established business offered by the government, tax incentives and legalization of stay in the US to permanent green card holder.

Efren Dato, a Filipino-American and the Executive Director of Hamilton Street Business Community Corporation said, "This is the opportune time for our Filipino businesses and investors to come here and invest. The conference itself is a worthy investment, participants will learn American business operations and its incentives. There will also be business and pleasure tours of New Jersey and New York, visiting business establishments and universities. Free consultation during the seminar with government and private business consultants will be available in the entire conference.."

Currently, there are already many people who have expressed their interest to attend the conference. Screening will be done on August by Efren Dato, Executive Director of Hamilton Street Business Community Corporation and founder of ED Global Consulting.
